Our company protects consumer rights and prioritize after-sales customer satisfaction. We handle every dissatisfaction with the products, every production and service problem and do our best to solve them as soon as possible.

You may return your product in accordance with our return conditions in 30 days after receiving your items. Your payment will be refunded in 1 week in average after we receive your items. Any shipping fee and taxes incurred at the customs on return process are under the customer's responsibility. In case we receive your cargo with any cost related to shipping or customs, this amount will be charged from the payment to be refunded.

*Shipping fee (15€) will be subtracted from the refund amount of the orders which are not received due to customs expense.

You can find below the necessary conditions for a better and faster return service. Your item is non-returnable if one of the below mentioned conditions is not met.

a-The used or damaged items cannot be returned.
b-The item must be returned in complete and undamaged condition with its accessories within 30 days of the delivery.


a-A receipt is required for returns.
b-If the receipt is under your company’s name, the relevant receipt must be delivered. A return invoice will be issued.

a-Our Quality Assurance Department will assess the relevant item and your refund will be processed the same day your returned item arrives if your return qualifies under our return policy. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after return. Refunds take 14 days to be processed to your credit card.
b-If you have purchased and returned more than one item and if a discount has been applied, your refund will exclude the discount.

Our general return policy is as follows:
Items must be returned with their original box and packaging. Items with damaged box/packaging (for example, if there is a cargo label or shipping tape on the original box, they will not be accepted) and that are not in re-sellable condition are not accepted. All refunds must be accompanied with their original receipts (all your copies). Our company will cover the shipping cost if the item/items to be returned are faulty.

By considering shipping fee and taxes incurred at customs on overseas order we do not accept change request. You may return your product and re-create order.

Dear valued customers, you can cancel your order if you notice a mistake or do not want to purchase. Please contact us directly by phone for a faster cancellation. Contacting by e-mail for a cancellation request may cause delay in case the e-mails are checked late or in case the item has been shipped. You will receive a full refund if the item has not been shipped. Your refund will exclude the shipping cost if the item has been shipped.
